New Clients
A strong therapist and client relationship is essential to therapeutic growth. Consultation and intake sessions give both the therapist and client an opportunity to assess and determine if they are a good fit for meeting the therapeutic needs.
Consultations
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to all potential clients. Phone consultations are brief discussions that are intended to determine if your therapeutic needs can be met. Consultations do not include therapy.
Intake Session
The intake session will be your first appointment with me. We will discuss what has brought you to seek therapy and review your personal history. This session also helps to determine if we are a good fit in addition to serving as a guide in how we move forward toward your goals.
